Mutual Trust Bank PLC is looking for Associate Manager / Manager, HR (OD / Recruitment)Job Description / ResponsibilityJob ContextMTB Group Human Resources is seeking experienced professionals to drive outcomes within Organization Development (OD) or Recruitment in a digital, data-driven environment. The role operates within the respective HR unit, aligning priorities with unit objectives and bank policies while fostering an inclusive culture suited to Bangladesh practices. Scope includes shaping designs, executing initiatives, producing decision-ready analyses, and maintaining audit-ready documentation in the assigned area.Responsibilities may include:Organization Development (OD):Conduct diagnostics (pulse surveys, audits, time-and-motion) and translate findings into data-backed improvement plans with timelines and success metrics.Refresh policies and SOPs; establish digital workflows and RACIs; monitor adoption and impact (KPIs/OKRs) and share concise briefs with leadership.Run the full performance management cycle: support goal/KPI setup, mid-cycle reviews, calibration logistics, year-end documentation, and generate insights for leaders.Prepare clear OD communications (briefs, FAQs, rollout notes) and maintain version-controlled materials.Recruitment:Manage demand and pipeline plans; set stage-wise SLAs; track QOH, TAT, offer-to-join, and early retention in regular dashboards.Calibrate assessment rubrics, enable interviewer readiness, and ensure inclusive hiring (diverse slates, standardized scoring, fair communication).Strengthen employer branding through event/campus content calendars, concise social copy/briefs, and review of engagement metrics to refine outreach.Elevate candidate experience through timely, transparent communication at each stage through onboarding hand-off.Educational RequirementsBachelor/HonorsMastersCandidates must be from a UGC-approved university, with no third division/class or equivalent CGPA at any stage.Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business/HRM/Public Administration or related field (HR major not mandatory; undergrad in Business preferred).Experience RequirementsAt least 4 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):BanksAdditional RequirementsAt least 4 years of experience in HR roleAnalytics & Tools: Strong Excel/Sheets (Power Query/Power Pivot helpful).HR Systems: Comfortable working in enterprise HRIS; understands basic access controls and simple issue logging.Reporting: Can turn numbers into clear takeaways; write short summaries; show leaders what to do next and by when.Leadership & Communication: Guides juniors, runs short how-to sessions, and keeps Bangla & English communication clear and respectful; promotes an inclusive team culture.Compliance: Handles data confidentially and knows the basics of Bangladesh HR/C&B practices.Job LocationDhaka
