Job Description

Job PurposeTo take care MEP works at the projects assigned, developing policies standards, inspection procedure and evaluation tools for MEP concerns along with preparing, reviewing drawing, specification and assist manager for timely completion of projects within the approved budget.ORGANISATION CHARTThis position will report to Manager CivilKey AccountabilitiesAccountabilities Key Performance IndicatorsProject Planning Planned Vs Actual adherence to: - Planned project schedules and timelines Ensure adherence to the overall master schedule for completion of various MEP related project activities Conduct scheduling of MEP activities based on prioritization and criticality of activities for the project; Prioritize and plan wrt MEP for future construction activities of the project Obtaining MEP requirements for prospect client and estimate costing of complete MEP systemQuality of inputs provided for projecting material requirements (Based on feedback from the Reporting Manager)Project Execution Monitoring - Number of overall design errors (Based on difference in original design v/s actual construction Coordinate with Design Team for timely receipt of MEP related drawings; Provide inputs to evaluate the feasibility of the MEP design in terms of impact on the construction processes, costs and timelines as may be required Supervise execution of MEP activities for the assigned project in terms of adherence to time, quality & safety standards and inform. Ensure quality testing of all MEP materials received at Site/ used by contractor Provide inputs to Quantity Survey and Billing Team for validation of MEP bills received from various partners (vendors, contractors); Follow up with Finance to ensure timely payment - Build and maintain strong working relationship with the contractors to enable effective delivery of tasksAdherence to Quality standards: - Percentage reduction on the overall NC’s identified during quality audits/third party audits - Target vs. actual quality audit assessment rating/ score for the project (Based on Internal/Third Party Audit)EXTERNAL INTERACTIONSExternal - Roles you need to interact with outside the organization to enable success in your day to day workInteract with external consultants, Vendors / contractors for design & smooth execution of the project.INTERNAL INTERACTIONS Internal - Roles you need to interact with inside the organization to enable success in your day to day workDesign Team, P&C team, PMT, concerned GGIAL teams.FINANCIAL DIMENSIONSNAOther DimensionsNAEducation QualificationsBE/B.
