Lead teams of supervisors and operational staff, promoting development, discipline, and results. Design route, cost, and unit capacity optimization strategies. Coordinate with Procurement, Customer Service, Capacity, Sales, and Security to ensure efficient flows. Analyze operational and financial metrics to identify areas for improvement. Ensure regulatory compliance (SAT, Weights and Dimensions, Bill of Lading, safety, and quality).Basic Qualifications 5+ years of experience in transportation or logistics, with a proven track record of leadership. Previous experience leading operational teams in national transportation.Intermediate EnglishPreferred Qualifications Analytical skills, strategic focus, and decision-making ability under pressure.
