The right candidate ensures reliable network performance, security, and scalability to support business operations effectively.Install and Configure Network EquipmentSet up routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points. Ensure proper integration of hardware and software components.Monitor Network PerformanceContinuously check network speed, reliability, and uptime. Use monitoring tools to detect and resolve performance issues proactively.Maintain Network SecurityImplement firewalls, VPNs, and access controls. Regularly apply patches and updates to network devices. Monitor for unauthorized access and vulnerabilities.Troubleshoot Network IssuesDiagnose and resolve connectivity problems. Provide support for end-users and IT staff regarding network-related issues.Manage IP Addressing and DNS/DHCPPlan and manage IP address assignmentsPerform Network Upgrades and MaintenanceUpgrade firmware and network infrastructure components. Replace outdated or failing hardware as needed.Document Network InfrastructureMaintain accurate network diagrams, configuration documentation and change logs.Support Business Continuity and Disaster RecoveryEnsure network redundancy and backups are in place. Assist in implementing failover and recovery strategies.Collaborate with IT Teams and VendorsCoordinate with system administrators, developers, and external vendors for integration and troubleshooting.Stay Updated with Industry TrendsContinuously improve skills and knowledge related to networking technologies and best practices.Educational RequirementsBachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & EngineeringBSc Engineering in Computer Science & Engineering from reputed University. No Third Division in academic record.CCNA (Must), CCNP or any vendor certification preferredExperience RequirementsAt least 2 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): BanksAdditional RequirementsSmart, team player, paired with agile mindset and can-do attitude.Excellent communications and persuasion skills.Should have ability to prioritize tasks and manage accordingly. Ability and willingness to travel for support issues.Capability to work under pressure and on a roster basis, including night shifts.
