Other responsibilities include regular data entry tasks, maintaining records, and communicating with team members to ensure workflow efficiency. Qualifications Proficient in Computer Operations and Computer LiteracyStrong Typing skills and attention to detailExperience with Back Office Operations and record managementEffective Communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to work independently, with good organizational and time-management skillsBasic understanding of IT troubleshooting is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in computer-related fields are advantageous
