Your roleAs an compliance associate, you are expected to prepare, maintain and update tax and regulatory compliance requirements for our clients. For you to be successful in this role, you are expected to demonstrate the following:Government Liaison: Act as the main point of contact with government agencies. This will require direct liaising and travel as needed.Monitoring and Reporting Compliance: Oversee the monitoring of compliance across the business. This includes tax filings and managing employer-related government agencies such as DOLE, SSS, Philhealth, and Pag-ibig.Document Management: Handle crucial documents, ensuring they are appropriately sorted, filed, and maintained.Accounting Support: Aid in the day-to-day recording of transactions for our accounting clients, ensuring accurate and timely records.Payroll Support: Assist in the payroll processes for clients, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time.Office Reporting: Report to the office 2 to 3 days a week, or as required, to support and liaise with the team.What we look forCompliance associates should be extremely keen to detail and willing to work extended hours delivering exceptional client compliance work.
