The successful candidate will join a collegial and research-active faculty and play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of the Management area and the College of Business.Key Responsibilities Conduct high-quality research with an emphasis on publishing in top-tier, peer-reviewed management journals. Teach undergraduate and graduate courses with a 2-2 teaching load in Strategic Management and related areas. Mentor and advise doctoral students and junior faculty, contributing to a vibrant research environment. Provide intellectual leadership and help shape the strategic direction of the Management area. Engage actively in service at the department, college, and university levels. Contribute to the broader academic community through editorial boards, professional associations, and other disciplinary leadership.*Qualifications* *Required1. A Ph.D. in Strategic Management, Organizational Theory, or a closely related field from an AACSB-accredited (or equivalent) institution. A sustained record of research excellence, demonstrated by publications in top-tier, peer-reviewed academic journals, a strong scholarly reputation, and evidence of an active and productive research program. Evidence of excellence in teaching and mentoring at both undergraduate and graduate levels. Demonstrated professional leadership and service to the academic community. Strong written communication skills. Strong oral communication skills. Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.Preferred: A robust research pipeline demonstrating potential for continued high-impact scholarship. Experience mentoring Ph.D. and Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) students. Evidence of effective academic leadership or program innovation that enhances research or teaching excellence. Active engagement in the scholarly community through editorial boards, professional associations, or conference leadership.
