Working closely with management teams, the business has an exceptionally strong track record in growing businesses and in achieving substantial capital gains for its clients.DescriptionWe are currently seeking an experienced professional to join as an Associate Principal working on two investments with a remit to work closely with management teams on the execution of strategic, operational, financial, people and governance matters related to the businesses. This may include influencing on strategic and organisational development, the management of re-financings and bolt-on acquisitions, and exit planning and execution.SkillsYou should be a highly ambitious individual with a strong track record of success in fast moving environments. Fascinated by how businesses grow and develop you must have well developed Board level communication skills and be highly financially literate. Candidates will most likely have spent time with a leading strategy consulting firm and/or worked in a strategy/corporate development role in a larger group. Prior experience gained in a value creation/portfolio operations team within private equity would be highly advantageous.Capable of working closely with the highest quality management teams and private equity investors, you will feel comfortable providing support and advice in a partnership capacity. You should have a highly commercial outlook, sound judgement and excellent communication and people skills.
