A leading global investment platform is hiring an Associate into its London-based Private Credit team. This is a rare chance to join one of the world’s most established private capital investors, working across a broad range of senior and subordinated credit instruments and gaining exposure to deals across the EMEA markets.The team has been one of the leading deployers of Private Credit within the EMEA/global markets within a highly integrated global private markets platform with a long-term, fundamentals-driven investment approach.The Role• Evaluate and execute private credit investments across first lien, unitranche, second lien, holdco PIK, preferred equity, and minority equity• Build and sensitise financial models, support diligence processes, and prepare internal investment materials• Take ownership of key workstreams across diligence, structuring, and approvals• Support portfolio monitoring, valuation work, and performance tracking• Work closely with senior investors and cross-functional teams on strategic initiativesWho They’re Looking For• 2–5 years' experience in M&A, Leveraged Finance, debt advisory, restructuring, or private credit• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills• Solid execution experience and commercial judgement• Ability to manage multiple workstreams with precision and pace• Clear communicator with a collaborative mindset• Strong academic backgroundWhat Makes This Compelling• Permanent capital – flexibility to invest across the capital structure• High-calibre team with significant transaction volume• Opportunity to work at scale within an active, globally integrated private markets platformIf you’re an Analyst 2/3 or Associate-level candidate looking for global exposure, high-quality deal flow, and a platform that can genuinely accelerate your career trajectory, this is an exceptional opportunity.
