Be the story.About The RoleYou’ll be our: Associate Product Manager (Software) - AtherStack GrowthYou’ll be based at: IBC Knowledge Park, BengaluruYou’ll be Aligned with: Senior Product Manager - SoftwareYou’ll be a member of: Product Management TeamWhat you’ll do at Ather:Support the Senior Product Manager in managing the AtherStack Growth, Engagement and conversions, which includes features like Ride Stories, Ather Warped, as well as our subscription business. Champion all things around the product, from defining product requirements to ensuring a seamless user experience. You will be responsible for translating consumer insights and business goals into clear problem statements and product specifications for the engineering and design teams. Work on critical platforms, including key experiences within the Ather Mobile App, HMI and vehicle related to user growth, engagement, and retention. Own end-to-end delivery of product goals related to growth, engagement, and conversions, with a focus on optimizing features for maximum user impact. Assist in product launches by supporting the delivery of MVPs and helping to optimize for growth. Develop deep insights on consumer behavior and leverage data to drive day-to-day decision-making, supporting the product and business goals. Here’s what we are looking for:Impeccable thought clarity with sound problem solving skills, you are comfortable in handling complexity and ambiguity while managing competing priorities. Hands-on critical thinking, information synthesis, organization and time managementProficiency in handling and querying product analytics data. This includes hands-on experience with tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar platformsConsumer empathy, with the ability to understand customer/market context and distill it into clear problem statements. Comfortable running experiments and growth-related initiatives. Highly analytical and strategic. You are able to think on your feet, make trade-offs when required, and effectively communicate decisions. Collaborative and get things done: you follow up to ensure development is on track and help resolve issues. You bring to Ather:2-5 years of prior experience in product management, or a related role with a focus on consumer experience products. Any Graduate Degree is okay, but an Engineering and/or Management degree will be preferred. Prior experience in a startup environment with a focus on business growth, hardware products, or new-age mobility will be a plus. Be You, With UsThe Ather story doesn't write itself - our people do.
