Job PurposeRWS is looking for an experienced and driven Associate Product Marketing Manager to support our growing Content Technology portfolio. In this role, you will help shape and execute our go-to-market strategy for our Content Technology, ensuring alignment with revenue growth, customer retention and satisfaction goals.Your responsibilities will span product launches, cross-functional enablement and strategic marketing initiatives that highlight our value to customers and strengthen our leadership in the market.About Content TechnologyOur Content Technology solutions establish a knowledge base of vetted, traceable critical content that is ready to serve employees, partners, customers and AI applications — at global scale.Key ResponsibilitiesThe focus of this role is on execution and hands-on content delivery:Positioning & MessagingDevelop differentiated positioning and value propositions for assigned products and solutions.Ensure consistency of messaging across all customer-facing channels and materials.Maintain a current understanding of market trends, competitive offerings, and buyer personas.Go-to-Market ExecutionSupport the planning and execution of product launches, coordinating required materials and deliverables across teams.Create essential sales enablement assets, including battlecards, pitch decks, and product one-pagers.Collaborate with the Campaign managers and Demand Generation team to design campaigns aligned to product priorities.Market & Competitive IntelligenceConduct ongoing actionable competitive and market analysis to support GTM strategy refinement.Develop high-quality, value-driven content such as whitepapers and case studies that resonate with target personas and convey business value.Assist in refining persona development and customer segmentation for targeted campaigns.Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with Product to translate technical capabilities into market-ready value propositions.Work with Sales to ensure readiness to position and sell products effectively.Key Deliverables Coordinated launch and release plans.Creation of assets (e.g., landing pages, webinars).Strategic messaging frameworks.Documented value propositions for customer segments.Thought leadership and funnel-specific content assets.Sales tools: pitch decks, one-pagers, battlecards, case studies, etc.Skills & Experience2-4 years in product marketing, go-to-market strategy, or related roles in B2B SaaS or enterprise tech.Proven ability to develop compelling messaging and practical collateral that enables sales teams.Understanding of software buying journeys, customer personas, and value-based selling.Experience working closely with Product Management and Sales organisations.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.It would be great if you also had…Experience in complex/regulated industries.Content Management TechnologiesExperience in Manufacturing and High-Tech industriesDemonstrated history of strong B2B content creation.Exposure to AI/automation tools in marketing or GTM workflowsExperience with a global/multi-national matrix organization
