Interviews will be conducted in ENGLISH.This position is for Full Time Permanent employees with benefits.Job Summary:We are currently seeking an Associate Project/ Account Manager with experience in delivering enterprise level software solutions and support. This person will work under the direction of our Project Management Lead to assist with and support daily activities. Candidates should have a proven record of successfully managing the implementation, upgrading and administration of Enterprise level systems.Job Duties Include:Facilitate the execution of end-to-end technical programs by collaborating with technical and business leaders to identify risks, set goals, track progress, and drive resolutions using creativity, strong relationships, and organizational and technical skills.Monitor key metrics and overall program health, proactively anticipate and remove blockers, and manage escalations effectively.Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects and client accounts, ensuring consistent communication and alignmentCoordinate resource allocation and scheduling of technical resources to meet project timelines and deliverables.Prepare and deliver weekly budget and status reports for assigned projects.Lead weekly program status calls with clients to review progress, discuss updates, and address concerns.Synthesize and communicate project progress to senior leadership in a clear, actionable manner.Manage non-billable project management activities for small works projects.Conduct regular client touchbase meetings (weekly, monthly, quarterly) to maintain strong relationships and ensure satisfaction.Troubleshoot and resolve client issues, driving timely and effective solutions.Address and communicate client requests for troubleshooting, system enhancements, and updates. Required Skill Set and Experience:2+ years of experience in Technical Project Management or Account ManagementStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.Organizational skills
