Whether you want a career that could take you to the top, or simply take you in an exciting new direction, HSBC offers opportunities, support and rewards that will take you further.We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Client Manager, GTS (1year contract and consider conversion/externsion)In This Role You Will Proactively reviewing a dedicated portfolio of clients to drive revenue and maintain Client Experience outcomes Act as an escalation point for customers within their portfolio on issues that may extend beyond the local market Maintain business volume and reducing attrition by optimising pricing and structure, and driving facility utilisation Enhance collaboration with Transaction Services, internal stakeholders, Sales Managers, Relationship Managers and other external units on service performance, initiatives and issues Collaborate with CM and Transaction Services Team Leaders in driving a culture of long-term, high-quality needs-based solutions for clients, setting a market leading standard for service and client experience. Work effectively with internal stakeholders, balance processes/services between team resources and business demands, ensuring best services to be offered to clients. Generate and transfer larger/complex deals to appropriate team Support the Country Head of Client Management and Regional and Global teams on customer experience and initiatives Generate new business opportunities from portfolio and managing Sales to completion To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements: University degree supporting Financial Services, Business Operation, Process service or equivalent experience in a related field Solid knowledge of Core Trade, Guarantees, Supply Chain and/or Receivables Finance Fair understanding of ICC rules such as UCP / ISBP / ISP / URDG Fair understanding of AML and sanctions screening procedures in Trade Ability to provide advice, consultancy and guidance for clients in terms of Trade products, services to ensure smooth transactions process Ability to use strong judgement to identify and resolve problems whilst maintaining service performance Excellent interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication skills (in English and local language) and the ability to negotiate and influence others Demonstrated ability to prioritise, multitask and work independently, as well as work collaboratively Ability to manage under pressure, making good and timely decisions/escalation in tough situations Minimum 5 years of experience in trade/client services
