Location: Hershey, PA but open to RemoteSummary:We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Associate Project Manager to join our team in Hershey. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at managing multiple priorities, and is passionate about delivering projects on time and within scope. As a Project Manager, you will play a critical role in driving successful outcomes and ensuring alignment with functional priorities aligned to HR and enterprise strategy.Major Duties/Responsibilities:Manage multiple project plans aligned with PM methodology, tools and practices resulting in timely delivery and successful, strategic outcomesReport out on project statuses, risks, and dependencies via standard tools and processes, through set forumsFacilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders and leadership to gather input and feedback while fostering a supportive environmentAnalyze data to generate insights for planning, prioritization and decision-making including resource allocationServe as Clarity super user to champion expanded usage of technology as well as other tools to drive for efficiency and simplification in how work gets doneHigh level of interaction with internal stakeholdersHigh level of impact to ensure projects run smoothly to deliver required strategic outcomes on-timeHigh level of influence around change management of the expanded PMO roadmap for stakeholders.Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:Experience: 3-5 Years of relevant experience Experience working on HR projects requiredDetail Oriented– High bar for accuracy and qualityTime Management & Organization SkillsTechnical Abilities – Project Management Tools & PrinciplesAnalytical Skills – Analyze data and provide insights to solve problemsCollaborative – Effectively work across project teams and stakeholders at various levelsAdaptable – Ability to flex and pivot based on project and business needs#MH1 #Remote
