McDonald’s has undertaken Global People Modernization and is using SAP Success Factors together with a Service Now Employee Engagement Platform to transform people practices in over 20 McDonald’s markets and global offices. Supporting this journey is a team of dedicated technical and functional solutions experts delivering fixes and enhancements at break-neck speed using Agile methodologies. We are searching for a QA Analyst who is eager to take part in cultivating an environment where visibility, speed, quality, and innovation are at the forefront. The QA Analyst is a key member of the Global People Modernization Sustain Organization who will report to the QA Manager. The QA Analyst will bring experience with regression and feature testing procedures. The QA Analyst will be comfortable using Agile methodologies in a Product Centric organization. Responsibilities & Accountabilities:Experience working with SAP Success Factors, SAP Business Technology PlatformRegression suite review, creation and running of test cases and scripts.Assist the QA Manager with SAP Success Factors release activities. Jira – Zephyr – Test Management ExperienceQA Tools hands on experience – Tosca preferred.Adhere to QA Best Practices & Process Standardization.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related field. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT QATest Automation Tools experience is required. Tosca is preferred.Zephyr, Q-Test or any test management tool experience is required.Preferred Qualifications:Professional certifications from ISTQB or equivalent are highly desirable.SAP SuccessFactors experience is highly desirable.
