As part of our team, you’ll gain exposure to tools like AI-powered sourcing platforms, and Voice Bots, that are reshaping how recruiters connect with talent.As An Entry-Level Recruiter, You Will Identify strong talent Build real relationships Create a great candidate experience You’ll be in the business of changing lives.What You’ll DoManage the full recruitment cycle — sourcing, screening, and onboarding talent Partner with senior recruiters on active hiring priorities Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals Schedule interviews and follow up on feedback Keep data, notes, and metrics accurate and updated Learn to use AI-driven tools and Voice Bots to enhance sourcing, communication, and candidate engagement Contribute ideas to improve our brand and talent pipeline What You BringBachelor’s degree in engineering, MBA (HR), or Psychology (Class of 2025) Strong communication and organization skills A proactive mindset with a hunger to learn and grow Bonus Points If You HaveInternship or project experience in HR, recruitment, or business operations Familiarity with LinkedIn, Excel, or an ATS Exposure to North American time zones or work culture About RaiseFounded in 1957, Raise has a long history of recruitment, contract management, and payroll service excellence.
