We work at the intersection of data, operations, and commercial strategy — supporting the business through deep analysis, research, and cross-functional collaboration.This role is designed for aspiring strategists who are passionate about solving real-world business problems and making an impact in dynamic digital environments.Job Description:Identify growth opportunities and cost optimisation levers, and contribute to the development and execution of strategies that drive business impactConduct structured quantitative and qualitative analyses to solve complex business challenges and support decision-makingResearch industry trends, user behaviours, and competitor best practices to inform internal strategiesSupport key commercial functions (e.g., marketing, category management, operations, partnerships) by refining strategic plans, performance frameworks, and reporting processesCollaborate with cross-functional teams across regional and local markets to monitor key performance metrics, diagnose root causes, and implement improvement initiativesRequirements:Bachelor's Degree and above in any disciplineFor fresh graduates, expected graduation by July 2026Prior internship or project experience in strategy, business operations, e-commerce, consulting, or startups is a plusStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured and logical mindsetComfortable navigating ambiguity and breaking down complex problems into clear action plansStrong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teamsProficiency in Excel and PowerPoint required; familiarity with SQL or data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau) is a plus
