Associate Relationship Manager

For one of our businesses within renewable energy and infrastructure sector we are looking for an Associate Relationship Manager to support their Account Managers in delivering exceptional recruitment services to our exclusive clients. In this role you will be combining candidate delivery with early-stage account management. This is a full time Cracow based role with 4 days a week in the office.ResponsibilitiesWorking closely with Account Managers to understand clients' needsConduct regular check-in calls with existing HR contacts & hiring managersDeliver high-quality candidate shortlists to clientsKeep up to date CRM recordsFeedback Account Managers on market trends and candidates expectationsExperience & skillsPrior recruitment delivery or sourcing experience (preferably in agency environment)Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English (additional language is an advantage)High level of customer awareness / Customer Service ethicOrganised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple prioritiesWhy join us?
