Job Description

Talent Acquisition, Associate/Senior Associate contributes to company performance by planning and implementing talent acquisition strategy.Key ResponsibilitiesConducts ongoing supply and demand analysis for business partners on current and future state staffing and skill needs and design talent acquisition strategies to meet those needs. Performs talent acquisition for assigned client base. Partner hiring managers to clarify critical requirements, while support them as needed to draft/update Job Descriptions. Present candidate applications and resumes for required skills, experience and knowledge to fit position requirements.Grows and conserves network of contacts to help identity and source qualified candidates, maintain and manage the pool of recruiters for service and cost effectiveness.Leverages on-line recruiting resources; employee referrals; network referrals; etc. to identify and recruit “best in class” talent.Actively participate in recruitment campaigns and serve as brand ambassador; job fairs; college relations programs; general networking; etc. to ensure robust candidate pipeline.Facilitates process of candidate selection; interviewing; job offer; background check; and candidate on-boarding details; administer and submit hiring/approval paperwork.Continually champions Employee Referral Bonus program to include proactive identification of internal talent matching and advancement.Remains current on trends and innovative recruiting techniques to compete in market and within industry.Responsible for On-Boarding program for new hires.Track and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, candidate satisfaction).Manage RPO for successful recruitment results.Promote recruitment-related projects.Knowledge, Skills, CompetenciesFoundation and knowledge of principles & practices of HR, including employment law and compliance requirementsKnowledge of full lifecycle recruiting components including sourcing; qualifying; networking; assessing; wage trends.Collaborative, and mature with excellent interpersonal skills; able to build effective working relationships with internal/external stakeholders at all levels.Agile learner; able to thrive in an ambiguous and rapidly changing environmentAble to organize, multi-task and prioritize tasksAble to make recommendation to effectively resolve issuesAre you ready to engineer a greener future?
