Associate/Senior Associate – Trader (Equities Delta 1)

About The FundLC Beacon Global Fund is a relative value arbitrage fund, trading arbitrage and basis strategies across multiple asset classes. Our investment approach focuses on identifying and capturing relative value opportunities while maintaining robust risk management.Individual Contributor or People ManagerIndividual Contributor.Duties & ResponsibilitiesManage the Delta 1 equity books for the fund, with an initial focus on Asian markets and the flexibility to invest in other regions.Identify and execute profitable trading strategies within the Delta 1 equities space.Monitor, manage, and optimise positions in line with the fund’s risk and return objectives.Coordinate closely with operations, prime brokers, and execution brokers to ensure efficient trade execution and infrastructure readiness.Qualifications & SkillsMinimum 2–3 years of proven experience independently managing a Delta 1 equities book.Strong understanding of trading infrastructure requirements and operational processes.Track record of delivering consistent returns within defined risk parameters.Strong communication and collaboration skills, particularly in working with operations teams, prime brokers, and execution brokers.Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented.Salary will be commensurate with the candidate’s skill set and years of relevant experience.
