SummaryThe objective of the position is to deliver projects that meet or exceed stakeholder expectations and contribute to the overall success of the organization.What you'll doThe holder of the position is mainly responsible for the following areas in coordination with his / her superior:Lead and deliver full lifecycle IT projects aligned with business and stakeholder goals.Create and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and track progress.Manage Procurement and other AdministrationMaintain a strong strategic view while managing detailed execution tasks.Identify project risks/issues early and implement mitigation plans.Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders.Manage stakeholder expectations and requirements up to C-Level ExecutivesManage project scope, timelines, and resources independently.Manage project scope creep and mitigate it when it occurs, manage changes in users requirements according to Change Control processes, schedule slippage, technical problems and shortages of resourcesPrepare and share regular project status updates with C-level & senior management.Continuously improve project management processes and best practices.Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry standards.Keep abreast on latest technology / best practices within the industry and deliver changes to current processes with efficiency and cost improvementFoster a high engagement team to deliver good quality outputs which exceed user expectationsWhat you'll needUniversity graduate or above in Computer Science or related disciplinesPMP certification preferred; Scrum Master or agile project experience is an advantage.Minimum 8 years experience of IT project implementation with experience in trading or buying offices and or financial institutionsStrong track record of managing medium to large complex projects independently.A firm understanding of software development methodologiesExcellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, changing environment.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to drive delivery in a fast-paced environment.Ability to lead and manage others.Ability to multi-task across projects with different prioritiesMature, self-starter, able to work under pressure.What you'll receiveWe are dedicated to fostering a family-friendly culture and work environment.
