Technical Delivery Manager, AML/KYC (Banking, 1-year renewable contract)

Key ResponsibilitiesParticipate in end-to-end projects for system implementation of KYC and AI-related system integrations with AML systemsLead pre-project planning activities for technical delivery, including architecture and functional specifications, delivery plans, technical design, cost estimation, and resource planningCommunicate complex technical solutions to internal technology teams and business stakeholders in clear, layman-friendly termsCoordinate technical implementation activities across application teams to ensure smooth production cutover and proper post-implementation supportCollaborate with Architects, Security, and Development Leads to ensure solution design aligns with enterprise architecture principles, security policies, and control standardsPlan technical deliverables and execute design and development tasks to meet project schedulesProvide timely status updates related to technical delivery; escalate risks or issues that could affect timelines and propose feasible resolutionsPrepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all solutions deliveredWork with production support teams to conduct root cause analysis, review code, and perform unit testingPartner with Test Management teams to ensure completion of SIT, UAT, performance/load testing, and application security testingLiaise with application teams and business users to prepare test cases and test data for UAT and mock runsManage project change requests, approval windows, and deployment schedulesFacilitate and provide technical and testing support pre- and post-production deploymentCoordinate and collaborate with various IT and Business units across the organizationManage external vendors to ensure timely project deliveryKey RequirementsMust HaveMore than 12 years of experience in the IT industryOver 8 years of experience in technical project managementAt least 8 years of hands-on experience with Unix Shell Scripting, Oracle, and JavaMinimum 8 years of experience in system and software design, including UI/UX designStrong ability to multitask and manage large datasetsHighly driven, proactive, and effective team playerExcellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in EnglishGood to HaveExperience implementing or managing AI/ML-related projectsKnowledge of Hadoop ecosystem and technologiesExperience with NoSQL databases or Big Data platformsFamiliarity with Control-M, Git, Jenkins, and JIRAExperience using SharePoint and Confluence
