Associate Software Engineer (Business System Analyst) – SALT (Surabaya)💰 Contract: 6 months🏢 Location: Onsite – Surabaya📅 Work Days: Monday to FridayResponsibilitiesWork closely with business users to gather, analyze, and document system requirements.Translate business needs into technical specifications for the development team.Support the design and improvement of internal systems and applications.Participate in testing, validation, and system implementation.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet business goals.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.1–3 years of experience as a Business System Analyst or Associate Software Engineer.Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and system integration concepts.Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.Ability to work onsite and collaborate effectively with technical and business teams.
