Leveraging a growth mindset, you're ready and willing to deliver business value, wherever needed. In your role, you may be responsible for:Researching the client organization and industry value chains Drawing from primary and existing IBM research on evolving market trendsIdentifying issues, creating hypotheses, and executing analysis, to develop decision-ready recommendations for our clientsContribute to client-ready material for projects and sales efforts, including PowerPoint presentations, Word Documents, and other mediumsThese positions are anticipated to start in 2026. We have positions open in the following locations:Montréal, QCOttawa, ONToronto, ONPreferred EducationBachelor's DegreeRequired Technical And Professional ExpertiseDemonstrate quantitative analysis skills and ability to derive recommendations informed by data and insightsAbility to communicate complex situations clearly and simply by listening actively and conveying difficult messages in a positive mannerAbility to apply logic to solve ambiguous problems and deliver creative and well-structured solutionsA passion for innovative ideas, coupled with the ability to understand and assimilate different points of viewStrong interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate and work effectively with individuals, strengthening relationships to achieve win-win solutionsPrevious experience in a consulting or strategy rolePreferred Technical And Professional ExperiencePassion to understand the applications of emerging technologies and adapt modern approaches and innovative solutions to client problemsStrong problem-solving capabilities, including the desire to take ambiguous problems and deliver creative and well-structured solutions; as well as applying deep analytical skills to ensure recommendations are informed by data and insightsHighly resilient with the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently, meet deadlines, and share/incorporate feedback
