Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Associate role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting legal research, drafting and reviewing contracts, and advising clients on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters. Additional responsibilities include supporting legal negotiations, preparing legal opinions, and providing assistance in dispute resolution. The Associate will deliver high-quality legal services aligned with client goals and Saudi legal frameworks. Qualifications Strong understanding of corporate and commercial law, including mergers and acquisitions, contracts, and regulatory complianceProficiency in legal research, drafting, and review of documentation in both Arabic and EnglishEffective negotiation, communication, and presentation skillsExcellent organizational and analytical abilities to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlinesFluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken)Bachelor's degree in Law; LLM or equivalent advanced legal qualification is a plus3-5 PQE - prior experience in a legal role, ideally within a law firm or corporate legal departmentKnowledge of Saudi laws and regulations, as well as familiarity with Vision 2030 legal reforms
