Job Summary:The Training Associate Manager is responsible for the successful execution of company-wide learning initiatives, including curriculum development, training delivery, and performance evaluation. This role involves supervising training logistics and staff, ensuring that all learning programs align with organizational goals, and driving a culture of continuous development. The Associate Manager is key to ensuring that employees possess the knowledge and skills necessary for success.Key Responsibilities:Curriculum Design: Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to design, develop, and update engaging, role-specific learning materials, including Instructor-Led Training (ILT), e-learning modules, and employee handbook.Instructional Strategy: Apply proven instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles to create effective training content for diverse audiences.Technology Utilization: Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) and authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) to manage, host, and track training programs.Policy and Procedure: Lead in development of company’s learning and development policy and procedure to ensure documentation is in place for implementation and follow Facilitation: Lead and deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and orientation programs for new hires and existing employees, both in-person and virtual formats.Quality Control: Ensure the consistency and quality of training delivery across the team, providing coaching and feedback to junior trainers or departmental facilitators.Adaptation: Modify and tailor existing programs to meet the specific needs of various departments or changing business requirements.Logistics Management: Oversee the training calendar, coordinate facility scheduling, secure necessary resources (materials, equipment), and manage enrollment for all sessions.Effectiveness Reporting: Design and implement Level 1-4 evaluation methods (Kirkpatrick Model) to measure the effectiveness, ROI, and business impact of training programs.Compliance: Maintain accurate training records and compliance documentation within the LMS, ensuring adherence to internal and external regulatory standards.Supervision: Provide day-to-day supervision, guidance, and motivation to Training Coordinator.Stakeholder Communication: Act as a primary liaison between the L&D team and departmental managers to identify ongoing training needs and report on program status.Job RequirementBachelor's degree in Education, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field.3−5 years of experience in corporate training, instructional design, or learning and development.1+ years of experience managing projects or leading/mentoring junior training staff is required.Certifications in training, facilitation, or instructional design are a plus.Good computer literacy especially in PPT design for training.Family with various E-learning platform and designs.Good verbal and written communication in both English and Khmer.
