Associate Transaction Manager – Capital Markets

Join a fast-paced Capital Markets team managing complex SPV structures across structured finance and securitisation transactions. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be the key contact for a portfolio of clients, driving legal, governance and transactional activity from setup through to closing.What you’ll be doing:Administering SPVs across incorporation, migration, liquidation and deal executionCoordinating with legal, tax, and audit partners to manage structured finance transactionsDrafting and reviewing corporate documents and transaction agreementsOverseeing regulatory filings, board meeting logistics and Companies Act complianceMentoring junior team members and supporting senior leadershipWhat you’ll need:2–3 years' experience in structured finance, capital markets, or legal/corporate servicesStrong working knowledge of SPV governance and Irish compliance proceduresExcellent communication skills and attention to detailA great next step for someone looking to deepen their transaction management experience in a collaborative, client-facing environment.
