GREETINGS FROM WNS GLOBAL SERVICES!!Job Title: Refunds Associate (International Airlines)Location: Vikhroli WestJob Type: Full-timeShifts : Rotational Shifts with 1 rotational week offPick-up drop facilities provided.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess refund requests in Amadeus and other GDS platforms.Verify passenger eligibility and fare rules before initiating refunds.Handle customer queries related to refund status, cancellations, and policies.Maintain accuracy in processing and update records in accordance with company policies.Deliver excellent customer service while ensuring adherence to airline standards.Qualifications & SkillsIATA Certification or Diploma in aviation.
