Resource Elevator Bangladesh is looking for Asst.Manager / Manager (Sales & Marketing)Job Description / ResponsibilityWe are seeking an ambitious, results-focused Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our team and ensure we meet ambitious sales goals for our premium elevators and generators product lines. This is a senior role focused on strategy, target achievement, and team performance.Your Mission: Leadership & ResultsYour primary responsibilities will be to lead the sales process and guarantee target achievement. This includes:Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and execute market strategies to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets for both product lines.Team Monitoring & Mentoring: Monitor, motivate, and mentor the team of Sales & Marketing Executives. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide hands-on coaching.Performance Reporting: Analyze market trends, provide accurate and insightful reports on sales performance, and constantly optimize the sales process.Key Account Management: Directly handle high-value accounts, negotiations, and ensure strong, long-term client relationships.Educational RequirementsBachelor/HonorsMastersGraduate/Post Graduate (Business/Marketing preferred).Experience RequirementsAt least 3 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Electronic Equipment/Home AppliancesAdditional RequirementsProven experience in a sales leadership/management role (minimum 3 years suggested).Track Record: Demonstrable history of successfully meeting or exceeding sales targets.Skills: Exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and strong motivational abilities.
