ASST. TECHNICAL SUPERINTENDENT

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:Minimum of 2 years as Second or Third Engineer on seagoing vessels, preferably bulk carriers.Must have sailed on an electronic type of main engine for at least one contract.Experience with vessel dry-docking, repair planning, PMS (Planned Maintenance System), and class/statutory surveys is an advantage.Familiarity with international maritime regulations (ISM, ISPS, MARPOL, MLC, BWMS etc.) and classification society requirements.Must be willing and able to travel, both locally and internationally, to attend vessels, oversee dry dockings, and perform inspections as required.Must be capable of working beyond regular office hours when operational needs arise.Strong English communication and technical report writing skills are essential.Candidates must include two/three professional references as part of their applicationCandidates must be available for immediate employment or have a notice period of no more than 30 days.
