The Site Manager is responsible for all on-site operations from groundbreaking to grid connection.

In this pivotal role, you’ll ensure the seamless, cost-effective execution of solar and battery storage projects—delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance. You’ll coordinate cross-functional teams, manage subcontractors, and serve as the on-the-ground link between engineering, procurement, and construction. How will you contribute to the team?Collaborate with the Project Manager to plan on-site activities, including resource allocation, equipment procurement, and milestone scheduling. Align construction targets, safety requirements, site organization, and policies with customers and external partners. Oversee all on-site operations from area handover to final delivery, ensuring successful execution of start-up, construction, erection, testing, and commissioning. Ensure compliance with contract specifications, quality standards, timelines, and safety protocols. Represent the project on-site, fostering strong relationships with clients, local authorities, suppliers, and financial institutions to support field operations. Supervise the handling, storage, and installation of equipment delivered by Linxon.

Manage subcontractor performance to ensure alignment with project quality, safety, and schedule expectations. Coordinate logistics for on-site storage and timely delivery of materials. Implement and enforce a comprehensive HSE plan in line with company standards. Ensure all personnel are trained in HSE policies and empowered to prioritize safety. Hold authority to halt activities in the event of OHS violations. What will you contribute?B. S. or M. S. in Engineering or related field. Typical incumbent has 7 years of experience. With Associates’ degree, 15 years of related experience. Without a degree, 20 years of related experience required.

Strong technical writing and communications skills are expected at this level, proven through technical presentations, technical papers and/or participation in technical committees. P. E. desired.
