This is a hands-on opportunity to gain valuable experience in live sports production while contributing to the energy and entertainment of Gladiators home games.

Apprentices will support our in-game presentation and streaming broadcasts by assisting in key roles such as camera operation, replay coordination, technical directing, and audio control. If you're passionate about hockey, broadcasting, or live event production, this is a great first step into the industry.

What You'll DoHelp with setup and teardown of game day production equipmentOperate cameras to capture live game action, crowd reactions, and in-arena entertainmentAssist with running replays, switching video feeds, and supporting the technical director during the live broadcastOperate the audio board for music, effects, and announcements during the gameFollow direction from the Game Operations and Production teams in a fast-paced environmentMaintain awareness of shot framing, lighting, and sound qualityWork closely with other crew members to ensure a smooth and engaging show for fans in the arena and onlineWhat We're Looking ForInterest in sports media, video production, or live event broadcastingSome experience with cameras, audio equipment, or production software is a plus but not requiredAbility to take direction and stay focused in high-energy, high-pressure situationsComfortable standing for long periods and lifting equipment up to 35 poundsStrong work ethic, punctuality, and a team-first attitudeMust be available for most Gladiators home games, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysProfessional attitude when interacting with fans, players, staff, and partnersNote:
