Established in Barbados in 1995, our Group comprises of nine companies, providing comprehensive services to our clients.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for an Attorney at Cariconsult Group of Companies located in Castle Close, Sam Lord's Castle, St. Philip, Barbados. The Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting research and providing support for clients across various jurisdictions. Applicants must be interested in all things related to ships and shipping business, understand that the marine sector operates 24/7 and be available to work on call out of regular office hours and be keen to develop a comprehensive understanding of law and practice across multiple jurisdictions.QualificationsSerious legally qualified applicants for full time employment only.Experience in the maritime and marine insurance industry and/or basic knowledge of maritime skills and terminology preferred.Being called in multiple Caribbean jurisdictions preferred.
