AUBG Seeks Its Next Visionary PresidentThe American University in Bulgaria (AUBG) seeks an engaged and inspiring President to lead the institution into its next phase of sustainable growth, building on more than three decades of impact since its founding in 1991. The next President will safeguard and strengthen what defines AUBG: outstanding teaching, a close-knit community of dedicated faculty and staff, and a student body known for academic achievement, curiosity, initiative, and civic engagement.This role requires a leader who is equally at home in academic and civic life: someone who values the liberal arts tradition and who can also act as a persuasive advocate for the University. These individuals will subsequently be invited for a first round of formal interviews in the second part of January 2026 and a second round during the first part of February 2026.
