Employment Type: Full-Time EmploymentWork Setup: Onsite onboarding for a two to four weeks, followed by a transition to a remote setup.Work Schedule: Night Shift (Following U.S. Eastern Time Zone)Location: Eastwood, Libis, Quezon CitySalary Package: 50,000 PHP to 60,000 PHP/MonthlyPosition OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented Auction Drafts and Compliance Coordinator to ensure the seamless and compliant execution of our auction lifecycle. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end setup and preparation of auctions, meticulously reviewing all listings to guarantee they meet regulatory and company standards.Your key duties will include managing auction documentation and timelines, proactively mitigating customer risks, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues. The ideal candidate is highly organized, possesses a strong compliance mindset, and thrives in a fast-paced, operational environment where accuracy and timeliness are paramount. You will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of our auctions and ensuring a flawless client experienceResponsibilitiesAuction Setup and Preparation: Assisting with auction setup, configuration, and troubleshooting. Coordinate the upload and management of photos, documents, and other digital assets within the compliance software platform.Compliance Review: Maintain account manager success by ensuring customer accounts are compliant and on time and in the right phase. This includes reviewing the processes and the platforms to make sure the information is accurate and report any bugs if found. Ensure all auctions and listings comply with regulatory and company standards. Assist in preparing compliance reports and audit documentation as needed.Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and optimize service delivery.Documentation and Record Management: Maintain accurate records of auction drafts, proofs and launches in auction and ops trackers. Monitor auction timelines, deadlines, and client deliverables to ensure smooth operations.Daily Control on Customer Risks: Maintain oversight of account statuses, addressing potential issues proactively and participating in weekly operational reviews to ensure customer satisfaction. Proactively identify opportunities to improve client experience and platform usability.Operational Support and Special Projects: Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of operational processes and procedures. Provide day-to-day support to ensure smooth and efficient operations across different departments. Participate in special projects and ensure operation and customer activities comply with standards to ensure impeccable service delivery.Job RequirementsAt least 3+ years of experience in account coordination, client support, or operations, preferably in SaaS, compliance, or auction-related industries.Familiarity with compliance regulations (e.g., financial, legal, or asset management sectors) is a plus.Strong technical aptitude; experience with compliance software, auction platforms, or digital asset management tools is desirable.Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with a client-focused approach.Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.Proficiency in Zendesk, Microsoft Office Excel, and collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom).Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently and as part of a team.Have a professional and reliable connection and working environment.Experience in the auction, self-storage, real estate, or financial services industry is preferredExperience with working in a start-up environment is highly preferredWHY INTELASSIST?We grow together.
