AUDIT ASSISTANTS

Responsibilities Conduct statutory audits of financial statements for a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries. Manage all aspects of audit engagements (including statutory and special audits), from planning and fieldwork to completion. Handle audit and accounting assignments independently with minimal supervision. Assist in the preparation of financial statements and supporting schedules. Prepare audit and tax schedules as assigned. Ensure timely completion of audit and accounting assignments, meeting monthly budgets and billing targets. Apply bookkeeping skills, including the preparation of accounting entries and bank reconciliations. Assist with GST filings and registration processes. Perform monthly accounts closing and prepare related management reports as required. Manage tax compliance matters for corporate clients. Support other assignments and special projects as needed.Requirements Possess a recognised degree in Accountancy or a professional qualification from an internationally recognised accounting institute. Fresh graduates or candidates with 1 to 2 years of experience in audit or accounting are welcome to apply. Good knowledge of bookkeeping. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; resourceful, able to work independently and as part of a team. Able to meet tight deadlines and committed to delivering quality work. Excellent command of English with strong interpersonal and communication skills. A keen eye for detail. Proficient in MS Office and computer applications. Pleasant and professional disposition.
