They evaluate compliance with regulations including assessing governance and risk management processes and related controls.As an Audit Manager at PwC Mongolia, you will lead audit engagements across a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring the highest standards of quality, compliance, and client service. You will play a key role in managing teams, developing talent, and driving innovation in audit delivery through technology and strategic insight.What you will do:Lead and execute audit assignments, ensuring compliance with PwC methodology, regulatory requirements, and internal policiesPlan and manage audit engagements, including risk assessments, testing strategies, and internal control evaluationsReview and finalize audit documentation and reports, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with professional standardsCommunicate audit findings and recommendations effectively to clients and stakeholdersSupervise and coach junior team members, fostering their professional development and enhancing team performanceMaintain strong client relationships, understanding their business needs and delivering value-added servicesStay current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to enhance audit methodologiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient audit deliveryContribute to strategic initiatives such as improving audit efficiency through technology and strengthening market presence. What you will bring along:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
