Job Title: Audit PartnerLocation: KSAJob ObjectiveWe are looking for an audit partner who will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of client audits, including managing teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining client relationships. They provide strategic direction for the audit department, develop new business opportunities. Key responsibilities include leading and mentoring audit teams, serving as the primary contact for major clients, and driving the firm's growth. Core responsibilities:Client relationship management: Act as the primary point of contact for key audit clients, ensuring high-quality service and strong relationships.Team leadership and development: Lead, mentor, and develop audit teams, providing guidance to help team members achieve their full potential.Audit engagement oversight: Oversee and manage all phases of audit engagements, ensuring work is completed to a high standard.Business development: Identify and develop new client contacts and business opportunities to drive firm growth.Strategic leadership: Contribute to the success of the firm by developing and implementing the audit strategy. Required qualifications and skillsMinimum 10 years of experience in auditing, preferably within a large firm.Professional accounting qualification, such as ACA or ACCA, and a Master's degree in accounting.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially with clients and at all levels of the organization.
