The Auditor performs the full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operations’ effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations.What You'll DoThe Auditor ensures that organizational processes comply with the requirements of standards (e.g., AS9100, ISO 9001), as well as customer, regulatory, and the organization’s own requirements. The Auditor performs the full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operations’ effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations.Duties And ResponsibilitiesTo conduct audits through effective interviewing, listening, observing and reviewing documents, records and dataConduct BMS process audits to ensure systems are in place, and to identify areas of non-conformity and/or Opportunities for ImprovementConducting Audits internally to ensure all areas comply with Company requirements, regulatory, legislative requirements, and client requirements and any other areas as deemed required by Senior ManagementAnalyze and verify the accuracy of all collected information and confirm the sufficiency and appropriateness of audit evidence to support audit findings and conclusionsTo prepare audit reports in conjunction with Audit Lead and report findingsLogging of Opportunities for Improvement and Non-Conformances identified in auditsAssist in Management reporting of BMS Tracking Reports, Quality Actions, Branch Test/Tasks, Vendor Audit ScheduleTo conduct other audits as determined by Audit Lead and/or Senior ManagementParticipate in ISO Board meetings as requiredAttend meetings as required by ManagementChampion company core values and other company programs Other duties as assigned EducationHigh School Diploma or successful completion of Bill Gosling’s Internal Auditor Training ProgramCollege Diploma or University DegreeTraining and experience in ISO auditing procedures and ISO 18295 and ISO 27001 StandardsExperienceMinimum of 1 year of working within Bill Gosling’s environment or equivalent 1 year’s work experience in an Audit rolePrevious managerial, customer service and/or auditing experience would be an assetCertificates, Licenses, & RegistrationAuditor CertificateReports to: Audit LeadWhat We're Looking ForINFORMATION SECURITY RESPONSIBILITIESAll Information security responsibilities can be located in The Book of Bill (Global) and The Book of Bill (Global) – French.
