For that, we are currently looking for an Auditor.Position Title: Quality AssurerTiming: 12:00 PM to 9:00 PMLocation: DHA Phase 6 LahoreJob Type: On-SiteBudget: 45k-70k depending on the final interviewKey Responsibilities:Ticket Management & Review (Zoho Desk):Monitor and audit closed tickets to ensure accurate resolution and documentation.Verify if customer contact information is correctly logged and updated.Identify and report any improperly closed or mishandled tickets.Review detached calls, ensuring appropriate follow-ups were made.Track and manage open calls and unresolved issues to ensure timely closure.Task & Process Quality Assurance:Review open tasks for accuracy, priority, and timely execution.Provide feedback to relevant teams on quality gaps and improvement opportunities.Collaborate with team leads to implement corrective actions where needed.Reporting & Continuous Improvement:Generate and maintain regular quality reports and audit logs.Highlight trends & recurring issuesContribute to the development and refinement of quality assurance processes.Cross-functional Support:Assist other departments in ensuring quality standards across workflows.Support in training or onboarding initiatives related to customer service quality.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree0-1 years of relevant work experience - Freshers are encouraged to apply.Proficiency in English skills, both writing and verbal
