Join the Doherty Institute and Fiji Ministry of Health in delivering the COMBAT-AMR Phase II project. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a vital international health partnership, build research skills, and make a real impact on AMR response in Fiji. The RoleAs the AMR Research Officer, you’ll work with hospitals, laboratories, and communities to: Support and conduct hospital and community-based research. Collect and manage data using REDCap and other tools.
Engage with study participants and stakeholders across Fiji. Contribute to training, reporting, and strengthening local research capacity. About YouWe’re looking for someone with: A degree in Nursing or Public Health (3–5 years’ experience). Proven research experience (data collection/entry, hospital & community studies). Strong communication and organisational skills. Ability to work independently and in diverse teams. Desirable: postgraduate training in public health/epidemiology, project management experience, and familiarity with Fiji’s health systems.
