Job OverviewTo market and sell new and used vehicles by sourcing them from dealerships, traders, and social media platforms. The role includes presenting suitable financing programs to customers, following up with potential leads to ensure successful sales, and coordinating effectively with branches to overcome operational challenges and accelerate the workflow.What You'll Do Source suitable vehicles from showrooms, dealers, and social media platforms. Ensure vehicles meet customer requirements in terms of specifications and pricing. Present and explain various financing programs to customers. Offer tailored financing solutions to ensure deal closure. Follow up with potential customers referred by the call center and social media. Build strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and conversion. Coordinate continuously with branches to facilitate financing and sales procedures. Resolve branch-related obstacles through communication with the head office. Monitor the workflow to ensure timely product delivery and process completion. Submit regular performance reports, highlighting issues and proposed solutions.Skills And Requirements Previous experience in automotive sales or financing. Excellent communication and persuasion skills. Strong knowledge of the local automotive market and financing programs. Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
