The ideal candidate will take an active role in the design, offer preparation, commissioning, and testing processes of energy automation systems, particularly in SCADA and RTU/PLC systems.The candidate is expected to be proficient in communication protocols such as IEC104, IEC61850, Modbus RTU/TCP, and OPC UA, and to have hands-on field experience. Availability for both domestic and international travel is required.The role involves participating in energy automation, project management, testing, and commissioning activities for projects such as transformer substations, medium-voltage distribution systems, and power generation plants (including wind, hydro, solar, and thermal) both in Turkey and abroad.In addition to technical competencies, the candidate should have strong communication skills and be able to support pre-sales processes by understanding technical requirements and contributing to offer preparation. A commercially minded engineer who can engage with clients and help close deals is highly preferred.General QualificationsGraduated from relevant departments of universities (preferably Electrical/Electronics or Communications Engineering)Minimum 2 years of experience in the fieldExperienced in Energy Automation SystemsExperienced in communication protocols such as IEC104, IEC61850, Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP, OPC UA etc.Skilled in configuration, design, testing, and commissioning of RTU/PLC or SCADA systemsPreferably experienced with Codesys, RTUtill, Sicam Device Manager, Toolbox etc.Preferably experienced in PID Control SystemsPreferably experienced in BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems) Preferably worked with production plantsProficient in written and spoken EnglishProficient in MS Office programsHolds a valid driver’s license and can actively driveAble to travel both domestically and internationallyFlexible with working hoursTeam player with initiative, result-oriented, with strong planning and organizational skillsJob DescriptionTake part in configuration, testing, and commissioning processes of SCADA and RTU/PLC systems within energy automation projectsParticipate in technical meetings with customers to analyze needs and propose solutionsSupport pre-sales activities by preparing technical documentation and cost analysis for proposalsPrepare technical offers, especially for SCADA and energy automation systemsActively contribute to site activities such as commissioning, testing, and customer acceptance processesJoin both domestic and international projects to ensure proper implementation of technical solutions in the fieldMaintain strong client relationships and contribute to long-term business development
