In this role, you will play a key part in delivering end-to-end business solutions to clients using Microsoft technologies and modern web frameworks 💻.You will be expected to lead or support customer projects, develop automation solutions, conduct training, document work, and ensure smooth project delivery — all while continuously growing your technical and consulting capabilities 🚀.What You'll DoBusiness Application Development: Design and build solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint Online, Copilot Studio, SQL, and other Microsoft 365 tools ⚙️.Custom Development: Create SharePoint web parts and custom components using SPFx, ReactJS, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML/CSS, and TypeScript 🧩.Client-Facing Delivery: Engage directly with customers to understand requirements, present solutions, conduct user training, and provide post-deployment support 🤝.Project Ownership: Take ownership of project tasks — from analysis and development to documentation and implementation — ensuring adherence to timelines and methodologies 🗂️.Migration Work: Use tools and scripts to support content/data migration from legacy systems to modern platforms 🔄.Documentation: Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and progress reports throughout project lifecycles 📝.Training & Enablement: Conduct hands-on sessions and onboarding workshops to train customers on developed applications and platforms 🎓.✅ What We’re Looking ForMinimum 1 year of relevant work experience in backend or full-stack development, preferably in a consulting or delivery environment 🧠. Development experience of internship is welcomed.Strong proficiency in JavaScript, ReactJS, jQuery, HTML/CSS, SPFx.Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint Online.Understanding of REST APIs and SQL databases.Excellent written and spoken English communication 🗣️.Confident in presenting, training, and liaising with clients.Strong documentation and project coordination abilities 📋.Eager to learn, adaptable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision 🔍.A team player who is proactive, accountable, and detail-oriented 🤓.Passionate about building practical, scalable business solutions 💼.Location: City Plaza, Johor Bahru, Johor.
