Role DescriptionWe’re looking for a highly experienced Senior Machine Learning Engineer to lead the development of cutting-edge AI solutions at MindX. This role is ideal for someone with deep technical expertise, strong problem-solving ability, and the confidence to drive AI innovation from concept to deployment.Key ResponsibilitiesMachine Learning & AI DevelopmentLead the design, development, training, and optimisation of ML and deep learning models.Architect scalable data pipelines and end-to-end ML workflows.Conduct advanced experimentation, model performance analysis, and fine-tuning.MLOps & DeploymentOversee model deployment to cloud or on-premise infrastructure.Implement model monitoring, CI/CD pipelines, and versioning best practices.Ensure reliability, scalability, and maintainability of ML systems.Technical Leadership & CollaborationMentor junior MLEs and provide code and model review.Work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to translate business needs into ML solutions.Stay updated on the latest ML research, frameworks, and industry trends to drive innovation.RequirementsBachelor’s/Master’s/PhD in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related fields.5+ years hands-on experience in ML model development and deployment.Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and ML tooling.Experience in MLOps (Docker, Kubernetes, cloud platforms such as AWS/GCP/Azure).Deep understanding of deep learning, NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning.Strong analytical skills and ability to lead projects end-to-end.What We OfferOpportunity to work on impactful, real-world AI applicationsA high-growth environment with technical ownershipFlexible and supportive team cultureCompetitive salary and career advancement opportunities
