Automated Production Line Observer/AssistantPosition Summary: An automated production line observer monitors the operational status of the automated production line, recording equipment operating data, product quality status, and anomalies, assisting the technical team in ensuring production efficiency and quality. This position is suitable for junior technical personnel interested in industrial automation, production management, or manufacturing processes.Key Responsibilities:Observe and record the operational status of automated production line equipment, including conveyors, robots, sensors, and control systems.Monitor the product processing or assembly process, identify anomalies or quality issues, and report them promptly to supervisors or engineers.Assist in the collection and organization of production data, such as output, defect rate, and equipment uptime.Cooperate with the maintenance team to conduct basic equipment checks, such as vision sensors, pneumatic systems, and robot arm status.Assist in the daily cleaning and organization of the production line, ensuring safety and cleanliness.Comply with factory safety operating procedures and protective requirements to ensure personal and equipment safety.Assist in recording production anomalies, operation logs, and improvement suggestions as needed.
