Your mission: design and implement automated workflows that finally make everything “just work.”This role requires someone who is highly technical, confident working with APIs, and able to translate business processes into scalable, automated solutions.What You’ll DoDesign Automated Systems That Run The BusinessCreate and configure advanced workflow automations that connect clients’ existing tools with their PM/CRM platforms.Become the Expert in the Platforms We InstallWork inside ClickUp, Monday.com, and other systems as the go-to specialist—ensuring every build follows best practices.Ensure Seamless Data FlowUse integration tools and native API capabilities to push and pull data between multiple systems without errors, delays, or mismatches.Troubleshoot What Others Can’tDiagnose and resolve workflow failures, sync issues, data discrepancies, and integration bugs with clarity and speed.What You BringDeep Experience in Software ImplementationYou’ve set up, configured, or deployed CRM or Project Management systems before—and understand how they work behind the scenes.High-Level ClickUp ExpertiseNot just a user—you know how to build automations, templates, structures, and workflows on a professional level.High-Level Monday.com ExpertiseYou understand dependencies, dashboards, automations, views, integrations, and how to architect a full system.Technical StrengthYou understand system logic, data mapping, and the basics of software architecture.Bonus Skills (Big Advantage)Hands-on experience with Make.com or similar automation toolsPractical HubSpot experienceUnderstanding of APIs and how to use them in integrationsBackground in full-stack developmentExperience applying AI or generative AI to improve workflows and business processesWhy This Role MattersCompanies rely on us because their systems don’t talk to each other—and it slows everything down.
