This role requires someone who is passionate about quality assurance, with a strong background in test automation, payments systems, and Agile methodologies. You'll be responsible for ensuring the integrity and reliability of financial platforms through robust testing practices while working in a dynamic Agile team.Roles And ResponsibilitiesDevelop, execute, and maintain test plans, cases, and scripts (manual and automated)Create and maintain test automation frameworks from scratchPerform regression, functional, integration, and API testingCollaborate with developers to identify, log, and resolve defects efficientlyEnsure continuous quality improvement and process enhancementParticipate in design reviews, Agile ceremonies, and requirement analysisCommunicate testing progress and results clearly to stakeholdersEnsure compliance with QA best practices and banking standardsContinuously upskill and support team knowledge-sharing effortsTechnical Skills & ExperienceSolid foundation in software testing methodologies and best practicesProficiency in automation tools: Selenium, PlaywrightLanguages: JavaScript, C#, SQL, PostgreSQLAPI testing and automation: Postman, RESTful servicesExperience with CI/CD pipelines, Git-based version control systemsPerformance testing tools: JMeter or K6 (advantageous)Exposure to AWS cloud environments and AWS Cloud Practitioner cert (advantageous)Payments domain experience required, especially familiarity with ISO 20022 formats (advantageous)Banking industry experience essentialStrong understanding of Agile principles, frameworks, and ceremoniesAbility to work under pressure while maintaining high standardsYou'll be part of a high-performance team shaping the future of digital banking and payments.
