Automation Tester Engineer – TCS UruguayTesting with any of the next combinations: Selenium + JavaSelenium + C#Selenium + SalesforceSelenium + ETL TDM (Test Data Management) At Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) Uruguay, we are looking for a Automation Tester Engineer to join our team supporting one of our global customers. This role requires someone who thrives in dynamic environments and is comfortable working in a hybrid model.ResponsibilitiesLead, design, and develop automated scripts for various banking applications.Write code, scripts, or procedures to test systems and controls.Ensure proper procedures and controls throughout the development process.Review engineering deliverables.Plan, design, and develop automated tests.Design, develop, set up, and maintain automation frameworks.Implement automation architecture and development strategies.Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with automation standards.Train and mentor other automation engineers.Champion quality and automation within the enterprise.Qualifications6+ years of experience in programming, developing automation, and creating automation frameworks.Experience with Salesforce, Provar Automation, Azure Dev Ops, Jenkins, Chef, XL Release, Maven, containers, and cloud technologies.Proficient in Java, VBScript, Python, TestNG, Junit, R, SQL, and relational databases.Experience with REST and SOAP API Automation tools (Ready API, Postman, Selenium).Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.Experience with BDD and TDD practices and tools (Serenity, Cucumber, jbehave).Strong analytical, organizational, problem resolution, customer service, and communication skills.Registry will be valued according to law 19691 art 8.Tata Consultancy Services is an equal opportunity employer.
