Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives for our luxury automotive division in Cambodia. The role requires strong expertise in brand building, premium event management, and customer engagement, with a clear focus on supporting vehicle sales, aftersales growth, and long-term customer loyalty. The successful candidate will blend creativity with commercial acumen, ensuring the brand remains the most desirable choice in the luxury automotive market. Key Responsibilities: Brand & StrategyDevelop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that strengthens brand visibility and desirability. Position the brand as the leading choice for high-net-worth customers in Cambodia.

Ensure all campaigns, communications, and experiences reflect premium values and standards. Event Management & Customer EngagementPlan and execute exclusive customer events, lifestyle collaborations, VIP experiences, and test-drive activities. Build partnerships with luxury, lifestyle, and corporate networks to elevate brand prestige. Develop initiatives to enhance customer retention and strengthen aftersales loyalty. Sales & Aftersales SupportCollaborate closely with Sales and Aftersales teams to design campaigns that generate qualified leads, increase showroom traffic, and boost service bookings. Track campaign performance and report on ROI to ensure measurable contribution to business growth. Utilize CRM and digital tools to enhance the customer journey and lifetime value.

Digital & MediaOversee social media, website, and digital platforms to drive engagement and consistency. Manage advertising across multiple channels (digital, lifestyle media, outdoor, and PR). Maintain strong relationships with media partners to secure premium coverage. Leadership & CollaborationLead and inspire the Marketing Team with a clear vision, creativity, and executional excellence. Work closely with the General Manager, Sales, and Aftersales leadership to align marketing efforts with business objectives. Manage and optimize the marketing budget for maximum impact. Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).

Minimum 5–7 years of experience in premium or luxury marketing, with proven expertise in event management and brand building. Strong background in luxury retail, lifestyle partnerships, and customer engagement. Proven ability to deliver marketing strategies that drive sales and aftersales performance. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Fluent in English; Khmer language is an advantage. Passion for the automotive or luxury industry is highly desirable.
